Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

hello

hi i have a question about custody.ok me and my sons mom broke up a year ago,when she first left i had my son full time for a month while she was falling in love with the new guy.about 6 months ago she left for mississippi with the new guy,me and her came to the agreement that she can have him june july and august,she was charged with domestic violence and moved back here due to not knowing anyone out there.now she wants me to not see my son until the end of august because thats what the first order said.my question is if she moved back here does that order still stand is it void now because she is right down the street from my house and basically wont let me see my kid.ahhhhhhhhh please answer thank you--name removed--

If it is a valid court order filed with the Nevada Family Court than it stands.

You certainly have a reasonable basis to go back to court by filing a motion and asking the court to modify the order given the fact that you and the child now live in the same city.
