Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

i have a question.my and husband and i are separated for 2 months now,but he abandon me and took and enroll my kids to a new school without confiding me?what can i charge him for that?

If you and your husband cannot agree on a custody arrangement, you will need a court to make an arrangement for you. You should contact an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, you should go to the Self-Help Center in the Family Court facility located at Bonanza and Pecos. The Self-Help Center is staffed by employees of Nevada Legal Services and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
