Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

quick tribal divorce

Are the 2-3 week no residency, separation, waiting period, travel required simplied tribal divorces advertised on the Internet legal? We did get married in Nevada but reside in Washington State.

I know nothing about such divorces. Can you give me a reference to a website? Normally, unless persons are members of the tribe, they cannot utilize a tribal court to get divoorced. The divorce could be held illegal by courts of Washington State. To get a divorce in a tribal court if you are not native american is a highly risk laden and uncertain business. I would think it is a very bad idea and ill advised.
