I'm getting ready to go through a divorce / custody case. I am requesting that my soon to be ex husband be drug tested since he will have our daughter on occasion and he has been a drug user for years.. What type of drug testing do they do? Urine, hair, blood?

I would request hair. The prices are similar, about $150. They also will take hair from an eyebrow, nose hair, etc, so that if they take something to trick the drug test, like washing hair with something that is supposed to clean out the drugs in the hair or drinking something to have clean urine, the druggie never remembers about other body hair. Pretty common for family court to order drug tests. If he is clean, you pay it, if he is dirty, he pays.
