Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Rebuttles
I receievd a motion from an ex (never married). He wants to have an emergency hearing for visitation. It isn't going his way. His lawyer has made false claims and I have document and videos proving otherwise. For the first 6 months of overnights, I walked her out and put her in the car for him. She is only 2 and a half. My question is can I write my own rebuttle. I do not have an attorney at this time representing me and have taken many family law classes. If I am able to, how would I begin to go about doing it?

Re: Rebuttles
You can write your own opposition. If you live in Las Vegas you can go to the self-help center on Pecos and Bonanza for help. Otherwise you need to hire a paralegal or attorney to assist you.
