Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

relocation

My daughter and grandson live with me in Nevada, the childs father is an illegal alien living in another state. No court order exists establishing custody or visitation and no support is being paid by the father. Can my daughter and grandson relocate to with me to anothe state without the consent of the father?

She needs either his written consent or an order from the Family Court to relocate out of state.
