Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am a resident of the state of Nevada. I have a girlfriend whom I am thinking about offering to move in with me. She has a 15 year old daughter who would also be moving in as well. I have part time physical custody of my 5 year old son and am wondering if my Ex-wife has any legal standing against them moving in. Any council you could provide would be appreciated.

Not that I can see, unless the girlfriend, or her daughter, have a history establishing some kind of danger to the 5 year old.
