re:the mother of my son is taking him out of state for over a month

me and my son's mother have joint custody, she is taking him out of state for over a month against my wishes. In the papers it says she has to give 14 day notice, is there anyway i can stop her from taking him out of state for that period?

You would have to file a motion in the custody court.
