Royalty payments
all royalty contracts were signed and completed years before my marriage and generated royalties before and during my marriage if I divorce is my spouce entitled to half of the futures ? No prenup.

Only for royalties generated from products you created during the marriage, not before or after.

If the contracts were 100% prior to the marriage, the contracts and even income generated from them during the marriage are your separate property. Your spouse would be entitled to nothing. As with the earnings during your marriage, if you did not keep those in a separate account you may have co-mingled them, ruining the separate nature. However that would apply only as to the income during the marriage, not the contracts themselves or post-divorce income.
