Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am a secured creditor. The debtor filed bankruptcy fraud, and paid his divorce attorney with fraud bankruptcy money. Can I go to the divorce court, and freeze attorney fee.

Probably not because you don't have standing in the divorce. Standing means that you are a part of the lawsuit and have rights affected. Is the bankruptcy over? If it is not, you need to act quick and file a lawsuit in the bankruptcy.

I need to know more if the bankruptcy is over to know the affect of the statutes of limitations in bankruptcy.
