Selling the house after a divorce

My husband and I got a divorce in March. We agreed to sell the house but he will not cooperate with a realator and I am stuck paying the morgage since he can't afford it. There is over 100k in equity and I want my part. What can I do?

You can take him back to Court and have the Judge order him to cooperate under threat of comtempt of court.
