Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I have been separated from my husband for over 5 years. I sent him divorce papers over a month ago ( I went through a legal soultions place as we have no children or assets together) He has not sent them back to me and is now avoiding me. What I can I do to get this resolved

You can seek, and achieve divorce without the active participation of the the other party, taking default and even serving by publication if necessary. I do suggest obtaining the advice of counsel before completing anything, because what you don't know can hurt you. For example, you say you've been separated for 5 years, and have "no assets together." But the Nevada Supreme Court has held that separation does not stop the accrual of community property, so if either of you has any kind of pension, 401(k), IRA, etc., you have a looming community property problem best resolved right here and now.
