Separation

I would like to know if my husband and I can file for legal separation with a do it your self kit? Or is there a easier way?

Legal Separation

Nevada doesn't have "legal separation," so any do-it yourself kit would not accomplish that goal. You can sue for child support and alimony and could do it yourself, but without a lawyer you are just guessing if the amounts you are requesting are fair. I would not recommend using a kit because it can cost you far more than anything you might save. In my opinion, attorney's fees are a great value that are well worth the initial cost.
