Hello, My Husband brought me to las vegasNV for his job. We were married for 38 years and he just left me walked out saaid he would keep in touch and he never do's I have to call him at work and he gets down out mad. because he still has respsablity. and I have rhematoitio Arthritits. Osteoarthriti .and divertulitit .and I thing he is runing around out there because he has is own aprtment and he won't tell me were he lives so there is no emerncy number if anything happeneds to me.

You should see an attorney. The court can order your husband to pay you spousal support. Once you have a court order in place you will have consistent payments and you won't have to worry that your husband won't provide you with support.

You can file for legal separation or divorce. Separation might be better to keep your insurance unless you're on Medicare. He will have to pay you support.
