Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I was served an annulment out of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada. My husband and I were married there; however, we both have ties to other states. Can someone please help me understand--as stated in the "Important Disclosure" in the annulment packet--1. the exceptions that the law provides and in which situations; 2., how to file a motion since I have ties to another state. It is very hard for me to explain, but I have 10 days and I need to contest the annulment. It is a frivolous lawsuit: based on lies and against my beliefs. I am not a lawyer and this is too complicated for me to understand under stress. Thank you very much.

While there are potential defenses (depending on the facts, of course), having "ties to other States" is not one of them. For basic information, see http://www.willicklawgroup.com/annulment. For a more detailed analysis, of course, you should consult with expert family law counsel in Nevada, before your time to respond lapses.
