signed and notarised divorce papers 2 yrs ago, but did not file. can we still use the papers (las vegas,nv)

It's a little unclear what you mean by "papers" (a joint petition?) But there is no automatic expiration -- you can file anything you want pretty much. That said, if the facts have changed, the other party might move to set the resulting order aside.
