Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

While my sister was in the hospital in Las vegas and on morphine the alleged father and his family forced her to sign temp guardianship papers so they could take the baby to new Mexico. The documents weren't filed with the court but were notarized one was a written agreement that I wrote up that I felt was more appropriate and would affect her rights to her child and the other was a temp guardianship that I opposed. What can I do to get my sisters baby back because she doesn't see a problem with it yet but obviously isn't in the state of mind to make these decisions. I told her not to sign and that they were clearly taking advantage of her but she's the only one that doesn't see it.

Fortunately, the temporary guardianship automatically expires in 6 months but if you want to get it avoided, you can either file for guardianship for the baby in Las Vegas or possibly get a guardianship on your sister, if she is mentally that bad. You would be able to ask the judge for a paternity test but if the father is actually the sperm donor, you would have to show what is detrimental to the baby to be in New Mexico.
