Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My son allowed his daughter to be adopted by her step father approx. 5 years ago. Now the mother has decided to let my son see his daughter, and I was wondering what needs to be done for my son to get his parental rights back. Also, he was releived of back child support in the adoption...if he gets his parental rights back, will he need to pay the back child support??

Of course he would have to pay child support if he got his parental rights back. However, it is too late to file a motion to set aside the step-parent adoption. In order for your son to get his parental rights back the step-dad would have to relinquish his rights and your son would have to adopt his own natural daughter.
