Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My Ex and I a son. My son lives with me, but his Dad takes him every other day most of the time. I'm wondering since there's no legal papers filed can I get in any trouble if I take him out of state for a few days?

I recommend you establish your de facto custody rights with a court order, but you are not restricted from travel simply because you have a child. However, you should provide the father your travel itinerary and contact info.
