can i take my son for vacation while im going through the divorce

I have jt custody assigned by the

judge right now. The divorce will be

final in Dec. During the time I have

my sn can I take him out of state for

vacation? My soon to be ex is

fighting this and says she doesnt

agree. The only person who looks

bad I know is her but she is

vindictive. She tried to make up a

domestic violence claim to have my

son kidjacked. That didnt work thats

when the judge assigned jt custody.

As long as you give her notice and an itenarary and it does not affect the child's school you can take the child out of town on a short vacation.
