Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

my son is visiting his father in Omaha.N.B.as every summer he does as child visitation.but this time my ex-hasband does'nt want to send back my son home becauce my son's gread is so bad his father wants to let him live there so he can help for education but my son call me every day crying to come home.I can't just get ticket to send him back home becauce I know so well about my Ex's creazyness.or I can do it without agreement from my Ex ? we have joint custody.

Your question is pretty non-specific. If there is a court order granting you custody and your ex certain specified visitation, then yes, you can simply pick up and return your son. If you have to go to court to get a pick up order or alter visitation terms, where you go depends on which court entered what order and who went where, when.
