Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

my son and his wife are seperated. They have two children, 5 & 7 Sons wife has found a lover. He is sleeping in her rental home with the kids right their. She has now announced that she's moving in with him. Can she legaly do that when she is still married to the kids dad.

They live in Clark County Nevada

Since Nevada is a no fault state for divorces she is doing nothing legally wrong. However, it may be a bad move on her part if she is seeking primary or joint custody of the children.
