Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I have split custody with the father of my daughter. His visitations are ever other weekend from 6pm friday- 6 pm sunday. My question is how long do I have wait for him to show up before I can leave without the cops coming after me? I have waited several times for an hour or more for him to come.
