Re: spousal suppport

The job would consider the fact that you left a job in considering how much to award you for spousal support. There are other factors such as quality of life, the increase of your husband's salary, increase in education of both you since you got married, whether you have children and how long you were married.

Re: spousal suppport

Thank you for your inquiry.

Regarding spousal support; your right to such support initially depends on whether or not you have such terms contained within your Divorce Decree. If not, you could file a Petition to Modify Spousal Support.

If you have not yet finalized your divorce, spousal support would be something to litigate about. Factors that a Court considers includes the parties' employment, quality of life, physical health, and various others.

Re: spousal suppport

It depends what it says about it in the Decree Of Divorce. If it says nothing then bothing will be changed unless a motion to modify spousal support is filed.
