You hire an attorney who will file a Motion for Preliminary Attorney's Fees, as well as custody of the two children, alimony and exclusive possession of the house. There is a case called Sargeant that addresses this very issue. The Nevada Supreme Court says you are entitled to meet your husband on equal footing in court. Mr. Cogan is precisely correct. A spouse in that position obtains competent representation with which to obtain temporary support, by agreement, or order, and then reasonable orders as to custody, visitation, support, and property division. See:
