You need to file an answer to the petition where you admit or deny the allegations. You have 20 days to file it with the Court. The United Supreme Court has called termination of parental rights the civil death penalty. You need to hire a lawyer to represent you or you will probably lose your rights. I might be able to represent you and get paid by the County if you can't afford an attorney
