TPO Application

I recently filed a TPO application and its now set for a hearing to determine if it will be granted but i want to cancel it out. What do i need to do, do i need to file another Motion, if so which one?

You should be able to file something in writing informing the court that you want to dismiss your case with prejudice. That will end your litigation, but remember you won't be able to file again on the same or related claims. If you want to do something other than end your litigation, get a lawyer. You would be a fool to waste a federal judge's time doing this pro se. I recently got a $75,000 sanction against a pro se litigant in federal court because he didn't know what he was doing.

If you filed a TPO Application in Family Court you can show up the day of court and tell the hearing master that you don't want to extend the TPO or you might try calling the TPO office and see what they suggest.
