tpr hearing
what can i do to stop termination of my parental rights. hearing in two weeks. i have a child 10 yrold in foster care. a 6 yr old at home. cps has a team of 10 or more people against me. what can i do im running out of time and desperate. i am 1/4 indian and a single woman what options do i have.? my 10 yr old has adhd. i have had drug treatment problems within the last 3 months and discharged due to illness and family death. tpo with ex boyfriend that cps wants to bring against me for my 6 yr old. eventhough we went into a shelter and have no contact with him any longer. they havent let me visite for two months. and are seeking adoption for my 10 yr old who has been in the care of her aunt for the last 7 yrs. and then turned into the state for behavor problems. what can i do? there father has another family and does not care. would getting married to someone who is willing to adopt my girls make a difference? please help

I would defend you for five thousand dollars. There are different procedures since you are Indian, otherwise, we would fight based upon DCS not doing what they are supposed to do.
