Trips out of the state with children for shopping
I have primary physical custody and we both share joint custody. Under the provisions of NRS Chapter 125.510 (6) do I need written consent by the other parent before I take my children out of state for shopping, etc. if it is not the other parents sheduled visitation time?

No, as long as it is not outside the USA or as long as it is for a short period of time. However, if you have agreed to get permission in a document then you must comply with that agreement.
