Wage garnishment

My ex-husband has stopped paying the full amount of child support and alimony he agreed to pay. He owes the IRS and he spent his travel reimbursments on other things instead of saving them to pay the credit card bill (4k). He intends to short us and make payments to the credit card, for how long he won't say. In our divorce six months ago he agreed to pay more child support than the statutes require citing his high salary(90k) and our lifestyle.We were together 20 years I stayed home most of that time to take care of our three kids.I'm attending community college and hope to work part time.We are living off my share of our 401k that I received lump sum. It will be gone soon if he gives us whatever he feels like giving us. In the last year he appling for credit cards, opened a mail box in another town,hid his wage statement to conceal a bonus,hid our bank statements(lots of deception there). Most of this I learned of right before the divorce and after. I hear adultry was also involved. He admits to drinking alot and most of our missing money went for gambling. My question is how do I get his wages garnished and paid directly to us.

NRS 125.450(2) provides, for child support: ... 2. Every order for the support of a child issued or modified after January 1, 1990, must include an order directing the withholding or

assignment of income for the payment of the support unless one of the parties demonstrates and the court finds good cause for the

postponement of the withholding or assignment or all parties otherwise agree in writing. Such an order for withholding or assignment must be

carried out in the manner provided in chapter 31A of NRS for the withholding or assignment of income.
