Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

if a wife is awarded spousal support cause she has serious health issues and he has always made more money than her. but he decides after the judge awards the support to quit his job then now says since he is not working and now i have to take him back to court is the judge going to feel sorry for him because of his stupidity,i guess im worried im running up all these attorney fees hoping i dont lose.

He could be found in contempt and end up paying your attorneys fees and/or go to jail.
