my wife filled restaing order on me while I was away from home can I have her removed from property and I reside untill we split assests?

Have you gone to court for the extension? I would presume not because you said that you were away from home. You need to file for divorce because my experience is that the protective order judge will usually give the moving party the house. Your divorce judge can overrule that.
