wife wont let kids communicate with me.
my wife and i are divorced and im behind in my child support payments.she wont let me talk to my kids.she disconnected the phone.so i bought a cell phone and sent it to my eldest daughter that way they can call me whenever they want.well my ex wife took the phone and wont let them talk to me.the court granted us shared joint custody

If you are being denied communication and visitation with your children you would want to File a Motion for an Order to Show Cause for Contempt.

Child support and visitation are two different issues and her denying you visitation is wrong, even telephone visitation.
I have represented many dads who have been denied visitation and have done well for them.

You would have to file a motion for an order to show cause why your ex-wife should not be held in contempt of court for denying you your right to contact and visit the children and trying to alienate their affections from you.
