Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

If your wife leaves the state of nevada and moves back to kansas with out tell you, and files false aucusations of things that never happend. should i file for divorce hear of let her walk all over me. she filed a restraining order againest me there. had go to hearing on (6/14/11). my family has got involed with all of this now,and hers to. she has just rented a apartment there. kansas law says you have to be a resident there for at least 60 days before you can file. since i'm nevada should i file hear before things get to out of hand, or let her do this to me. not matter what i'm pretty sure she is going to file for divorce.

The question is whether you want to fight a divorce in Kansas or in Nevada. You would have to fly to Kansas to (1) hire a lawyer, (2) go to settlement conferences, (3) go to depositions, (4) go to trial. Wouldn't you rather make her come her?

I presume that you have no children or real property because if you have either, a divorce would have to be filed here.
