Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My wife left me and went to work in Tenn. then I quit my job and followed her to save our marriage as she requested. When I arrived she had a boyfriend and wanted a divorce. Now I have no job or place to live. Do I get a divorce in Tenn. where she moved or do I get a divorce in Nevada where I am from and going back to.

You can file in Nevada now but you or your wife would have to satisfy the residency requirement to file in Tennessee.
