Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
My wife and I currently have a legal separation decree in Nevada. We have reconciled and wish to return to the status of a married couple. How do we get this done? I found a California form on the web called "EX Parte Request and Order to Vacate Judgment and Dismiss Action." Would this apply to Nevada as well or is something else required? Is there a similar Nevada form?

No. For good or ill, Nevada is not a "forms" state, although pretty recently the NV Supreme Court did allow the creation and acceptance of a certain number of forms, distributed by the Self-Help Center, for several basic situations. See the Clark County self-help center website, at http://www.co.clark.nv.us/district_court/self_help_center.htm.
However, I doubt they have a form for what you seek to do, and you will probably have to either submit a motion yourself, or hire a lawyer to do so. You mention "legal separation." I (of course) do not know what your paperwork says, but it should not say that -- Nevada does not have any such status, although it DOES recognize a status called "Separate Maintenance" (it's close, but not really the same) -- the good news is that dissolution of such status is expressly contemplated by the statutes themselves, so it should be a pretty straightforward procedure.
