Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

me and my wife live in costa rica, she just got her visa appoved, and i need to get a post nuptual agreement, she has agreed to sign it, how do i do this. thank you

Your facts are a bit vague. I presume that you intend to live in Nevada, or at least maintain this as a place of domicile/residence while living in Costa Rica. Otherwise, if your lives are there, your agreements should probably be there.
