Can my ex wife move our 17 year old out of state without my permission? If she does do I still owe child support?

That depends on a number of things. Does your divorce decree or subsequent court order give her primary physical custody? (If no, she would have to establish that prior to or along with filing a Motion to Relocate). (If yes, then she can file a Motion to Relocate if you do not give permission). To win on the Motion to Relocate, she would have to show a good faith reason for the move and that the move is in the child's best interest. Given the age of the child, the child's own beliefs will likely be taken into consideration by the court. You would be given the opportunity to Oppose the Motion to show why it is not.

YES, regardless, you would still owe child support!
