Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My wife and I are planning to file joint petition.

1. If I seal a record, does that mean it will not be on Sunday paper? I don't want my co-workers to find out.

2. We don't want to handle bunch of paperwork. Would like to have someone do it for us. Do lawyers get all the paperwork ready and file it for us (we don't have to go to court)? Is there extra charge for sealing a file?

Lawyers generally don't do joint petitions, however they can do uncontested divorces. Find one that will do it for under $2000 and you will have a deal. Marriage is public and so is divorce unless there is good reason to seal it.
