Wife refuses to release my last name
We are NV residents.
Married less than 2 years.
No children.
She left the state 6 months ago.
She is seeking divorce in NV.
She insist keeping my last name.
Do I have the right to deny her my last name?

In Nevada it is the wife's perogative to retain or reject her married name. Unless you can show fraud on her part in the use of your last name you should just resign on the issue.
