Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
My wife and I have both signed divorce degree and it has been notarized in Nov 2010. However, it has not been filed yet. My soon to be ex wants to change something in it. Can I go ahead and pay the fees and have it filed myself?

You could do something like this, but it may very well be considered as fraudulent, since you know that your spouse has withdrawn her consent to this agreement.
