Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Will and LLC sheild personal assets gained before marriage from a possible divor

I am wondering if an LLC is the best way to sheild assets I have gained before a marriage from a possible divorce after a marriage. Also, which states provide the best privacy laws such that a future wife might not be able to track down the assets in divorce proceedings.

Thanks so much.

A prenuptial agreement with full disclosure of all

assets of both spouses is the device normally utilized to shield premarital assets obtained before the marriage.

I do not know the answer to your second question,

but would decline to respond even if I did.

If you want to shield your separate property assets in a subsequent marriage, the best way to do that is with a prenuptial agreement.
