Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I came to the us two years ago. got married in TX, after two months being married we got separated,i left to las Vegas Nevada. me and her didnt talk ever since.
we got married TX.
we've been separated for a year and a half.
we have nothing that connect us but that marriage license.
she is a us citizen I'm an alien without status or social security number.
she still live in TX and i still live in Nevada.
i want to get a divorce, she is not cooperating with that.
can i do by myself? i have a valid passport, the original marriage licence from TX and i have have a Nevada resident sign an affidavit that i lived in las vegas for the past year and a half.
IMPORTAND - i do not have her social security number. all i have is her full name, dob, and address as listed on the marriage licence

If she ignores your filing, you can default her -- you get just as divorced (it just takes a few weeks longer); and there is essentially no basis for her to oppose your request, from anything you have mentioned.
