Re: hit and run
I do not practice law in Nevada. However, may I suggest the following:
If your car (airbag, roof crushed in, seat belt malfunctioned) was responsible for any of your injuries you might have a products liability case against the manufacturer (you WILL need to physically have possession of the car).
You may be able to claim damages on your personal insurance policy for uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage (depending on the law in Nevada).
Your physical pain sounds like a cervical disk problem (I am not a doctor either but I have had two cervical fusions myself and have had clients with the same symptoms in the past 17 years). You may also have a lower disk issue. If you haven't had an MRI you need to request one.
When you were fired you should have been given notice to pay your insurance premium within 30 days under COBRA. Check with your lawyer doing your EEOC claim. If you do not have a lawyer, find one.
ALL of your claims are governed by Nevada's statute of limitations (of which I know nothing about).
