Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

16.1 Disclosures. What format is used? Is a formal caption required to letterhead the transmittal of records? Or, is it business letter format? Are they then itemized for the disclosure? I recall but can't find it in the rules. Tks1 WB

These are normally done in a pleading format.

You could go to the Clerk's office and look at files to see how its been done in other cases.
