Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

I bought furniture solely in my name and on my credit that I am paying one percent the balance for and it is at my x girlfriends house she has terminated the relationship and now won't let me get these things what are my rights to retrieve these things ?

You may have to file a small claims lawsuit to recover the furniture. You cannot go to her home and just take the items. Do not be surprised if she would say this was a "gift". Go file a suit, you can do it yourself.
