Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

My daughter found a 2 1/2" by approx. 1" piece of what may be a plastic glove in the chocolate pudding I packed in her lunch today as she was eating it. (We have not rinsed it off to discern exactly what the object is as we do not want to disturb it but she took 2 very good pictures of it with her mobile phone.) She had witnesses to this event but she was not injured by this foreign object. Does she have a case to sue the pudding manufacturer?
