Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Good Morning,

My son kicked a football and broke a side view mirror on a Chrysler 300. The owner wants to replace the whole mirror and I believe the mirror lens that cracked is all that needs to be replaced. Your advise?

Make a claim on your homeowner's insurance, have him make a claim on his auto policy. Make a deal with him.
