Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada
I have a judgment against me for unsecured debt .What can they do to collect? I have no assets except my home which is just about under water my husband and I do not work. we are 78 and 85

If you have no assets there isn't much a creditor can do to collect. If you live off pensions, they may not be able to garnish, but, they can attach your bank accounts. It may not be worth it for them to collect. You can always file for bankruptcy and get them off your minds forever.
