Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

My lender has foreclosed and filed an eviction notice, the court ruled in their favor. How do I sue for title.

Your question is very brief and there is a lot more info we would need to properly advise you. It sounds like you already got sued for title and the court ruled against you. Are you asking whether the decision can be appealed? If there was some judicial error of law or abuse of discretion, you may have grounds for appealing, but you would need substantial basis for a defense to the action that was brought against you, even if there was some sort of error committed by the court. If you breached your contract (stopped making payments) and the foreclosure was properly brought, what would be the basis for seeking to overturn the prior adjudication? Perhaps I am simply missing your question, and you can ask again with more explanation.
